The best restaurants in Canada were put to the test, in a new list of the year's top 100 restaurants across the country. Calgary held its own against major players like Toronto and Vancouver, with 11 restaurants making the list.

OpenTable's 2024 top 100 restaurants list is crafted using insights and reviews from users, so it's an ear-to-the-ground ranking of where people in the country are eating out.

Calgary foodies can take pride in the fact that the city has 11 restaurants represented on the list, especially while Vancouver only has 10. Toronto still dominated the list though, with a staggering 34 restaurants.

Not all provinces were featured on the list even, with only Alberta, B.C., Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Quebec, and Saskatchewan restaurants chosen. Alberta though had it's Calgary spots, and some Edmonton ones to top it off. Bernadette's, Sabor Resturant and Tzin Wine and Tapas were all Edmonton hotspots that made it.
