There are two dozen fugitives on Canada's most wanted list and up to $800,000 in rewards being offered in exchange for information about their whereabouts.

The suspects on the list are wanted in connection with various crimes, from attempted murder and manslaughter to drug and firearms offences.

Anyone who recognizes a person on the most wanted list is asked to contact police, and it could mean a major cash reward.

The Bolo Program released its latest list of 25 fugitives back in May 2023, but there have been some developments since then.

One of the men on the list has since been arrested, but the rest have yet to be found.

The fugitives were last seen in several cities across Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatoon and Toronto.

While the Bolo Program encourages citizens to be on the lookout for these suspects and report any information about them to police, you're warned to not attempt to approach or apprehend them as they could be armed and dangerous.

Here are the top five most wanted criminals in Canada as of March 2024, where they were last seen in the country and how to submit tips.

The Bolo Program

Name: Cristian Cuxum

Wanted for: Murder

Alias: Tito

Last known residence: Toronto, ON

Reward: Up to $250,000, only available until April 22, 2024

Details: As of March 2024, Cristian Cuxum is Canada's most wanted fugitive.

He is wanted by the Toronto Police Service on Canadawide warrants for second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder, according to the Bolo Program.

Cuxum, 20, is Canadian and Guatemalan and speaks both English and Spanish. He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall with brown eyes, and his last known hair colour was dark brown.

Cuxum is also an "avid soccer player" and has previously played in a semi-professional futsal league. It's suggested that wherever he is, he could be playing the sport often.

The Bolo Program says Cuxum has "strong ties" to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), in particular to North York. While investigators believe he could still be in the GTA, they aren't ruling out that he may be anywhere in Canada.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or report it anonymously via Toronto Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477 or 222tips.com.

According to the Bolo Program, Alkhalil is "a very dangerous criminal with a lengthy criminal record and extensive ties to organized crime." He has previous convictions for first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and drug trafficking.

In addition to the Canadawide warrants, an Interpol Red Notice has been issued for him.

Alkhalil, 36, is described as being of Middle Eastern descent and speaks English, French and Arabic.

He also has multiple tattoos, including one on his right-hand index and middle fingers that says "MOB," one on his upper left arm that says "What goes around comes..." with two clown faces, a rose on his left elbow and a male lion figure on his right calf.

Since the program launched in May 2018, the Bolo Program has generated over 800 tips and offered more than $2.25 million in rewards.
