Canada's Quarantine Hotels List Was Expanded Once Again & Now There Are 57 Options

Travellers booking a stay in one of Canada’s quarantine hotels will now have more options to choose from, as the list has been updated once again.

Originally, when the mandatory hotel stay requirement came into place on February 22, there were just 22 hotel options available. This was updated in March to include 36 additional locations.

Now, 57 hotels are on the government-approved list.

All accommodation options are based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or Montreal, as these are the only Canadian airports currently accepting international passenger flights.

All incoming air travellers must now stay for at least three nights in one of the pre-approved locations, as per Canada’s current international travel regulations.

Parliament is officially in session as of Monday, November 22, and Canada's Usher of the Black Rod had a very important part to play in the ceremony.

If you're wondering what exactly it is that Black Rod does (that's the genuine short version of his name, by the way), he's the person at the beginning of the throne speech who ceremoniously leads the Senate Speaker's parade.
