You can spend your days exploring historic streets, sipping at old-world pubs, and visiting all sorts of attractions at this enchanting destination.

Dublin is a vibrant city in Ireland known for its literature, music and history. Nestled on a river and surrounded by mountains, it boasts stunning scenery and beautiful architecture.

It's less than a 6-hour flight from Toronto, and you can score tickets for under $450 round trip. According to Skyscanner's website, there are currently round-trip flights to Dublin available in March for as low as $422.

The price can change based on your travel dates and which airline you fly, but PLAY Airlines offers low-cost direct flights throughout March. Additional fees, such as baggage, may be added to the ticket cost.

Dublin can be chilly in March, but if you don't mind bundling up, there's lots to enjoy. It's also the beginning of Ireland's shoulder season, meaning that accommodation prices are generally lower than during peak times.

According to Ireland's tourism website, Dublin's "streets and alleys are filled with vibrant art and historic buildings, hip cafés and traditional 'old man' pubs, as Dubliners call them."

You can wander along the cobblestone streets and check out local shops and eateries, such as the famous Temple Bar Pub.
There are many attractions to explore, including the Guinness Storehouse and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
