Canadians may be saying a fond farewell to one of the country's most beloved clothing retailers, but that doesn't mean they can't take advantage of the Le Chateau liquidation sale.

The company announced in a November 2 press release that it would start winding down its operations and selling off its assets.

That means big savings as Le Chateau works to clear out all of its merchandise before shutting down all of its stores for good.

Up to 40%

Off everything in stores and online

All of the merchandise, including clothing, footwear, and other accessories, is between 20 and 40% off, and deals can be found both in-store and online.

Physical locations are expected to remain open while adhering to provincial and regional guidelines.

Le Chateau extended its thanks to the customers who have supported the company for the last 60 years.

Several other companies have permanently closed their doors in Canada, including Mendocino, Pier 1, and Carlton Cards.

While it is not going out of business, Gap Canada is scaling back by shutting down a number of its mall locations.
