In a ranking based on total doses administered, Canada ranks 21st in the world with 3,840,298 doses given out in total.

This means 6.1% of the population has received their first dose of the vaccine, while 1.7% has been fully vaccinated against the illness.

This puts Canada ahead of countries like Sweden, Austria, Switzerland and Norway, but behind places like the United States, the United Kingdom, China and India.
