The 25th amendment would allow Vice President Mike Pence to seize presidential power from Trump if approved by the cabinet.
Trump's statement from Texas showed he seems confident that the 25th amendment will not go through.
"The 25th amendment is of zero risks to me but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration," said Trump.
The House of Representativesto vote on a resolution Tuesday that would allow Pence to invoke the 25th amendment.
