In the information, it was revealed that Canadians spend an average of 269 minutes a day doing paid work which translates to nearly four hours and 30 minutes, according to Unit Converter.

Canadians apparently don't play when it comes to some good shut-eye too, that's because we sleep for around eight hours and 40 minutes daily.

People of the north also reportedly spend about two hours and 20 minutes a day doing housework and shopping.

Since the data was collected before the COVID-19 pandemic, they found that Canadians spent about 53 minutes a day seeing friends.

We also apparently also spend on average 65 minutes a day eating and drinking, 116 minutes on other leisure and 52 minutes a day on personal care.
