It's official, Jagmeet Singh's Instagram husband application has been submitted and he has a picture to prove his case for it.

He posted a photo that shows him from behind taking a snap of his wife Gurkiran Kaur out in nature.

"Officially submitting my application to join the #HusbandsOfInstagram," Singh said.

It's no surprise that he's putting in his application because if you scroll through Kaur's Instagram, you'll see that he has taken a lot of her photos.

She's also a photographer herself and Singh has even called her "the best."
