If you didn't know the prime minister is tatted, this might be surprising for you. Justin Trudeau's tattoo was on full display while he was getting a flu shot.

On October 28, he shared a photo on his Instagram feed of himself talking with the person who gave him the shot and a video in his story of him actually getting it.

The tattoo is visible in the video since it's on his upper arm and that's right where he was injected.

In his post, Trudeau encouraged everyone to go get a flu shot if they haven't already and shared a site where you can find out where to go.

"Do it to protect yourself and your loved ones," he said. The PM also asked people to get a shot in his story where you can see his tattoo.

The art on his arm is the Earth, which he got when he was 23, inside a Haida raven designed by Robert Davidson, which he got for his 40th birthday.

Seeing Trudeau's tattoo is actually pretty rare these days because he doesn't show it much in public.
