The best part is, you don't need a car to reach this spot. You can take a bus from Toronto to this dreamy destination, making it an accessible town to explore this summer.

Flixbus offers trips from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming town often called the "prettiest" in Canada, according to The Village Niagara.

According to the tourism website, Niagara-on-the-Lake has "Victorian era 19th-century charm," as well as "boutique shops, cast-iron planters bursting with flowers, and horse-drawn carriages transporting riders to another time and place."

You'll feel like you're on a European vacation as you wander through the quaint local shops, where you'll find everything from ice cream to unique hats and year-round Christmas decor.

The Shaw Festival, a renowned theatre festival, runs from April to December and showcases a range of performances for you to enjoy.

The village has amazing local cuisine, and you can indulge in some delicious meals at spots like Treadwell Cuisine and the Cannery Restaurant. You can also sip afternoon tea in The Prince of Wales Hotel's Drawing Room, which will have you feeling like royalty.

The bus departs from Union Station and travels to downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake in just under 2 hours. The trips are offered daily, excluding Wednesdays, and can be booked online.

The bus arrives in Niagara-on-the-Lake at 11:15 a.m., and a return trip is available at 6:45 p.m., giving you plenty of time to explore the village.
