The waterfall is a road trip from Toronto and is located in the heart of a 200-hectare conservation area.

You can enjoy the picturesque surrounding trails and take in the scenery from the viewing platform for a dreamy outing.

You'll also find geological potholes, historical remains of a grist mill and picnic areas surrounding the falls.

Inglis Falls, located in Owen Sound, is a an 18 metre high cascade formed by the Sydenham River. The water tumbles over the Niagara Escarpment into a deep gorge.

According to the website, it's known as "the best waterfalls in the area" and is the most visited year-round.

Surrounded by greenery and large rocks, the waterfall looks like something you'd find while exploring the tropics.

The waterfall is located steps from the parking lot, so you don't need to go far in order to find this incredible cascade.

If you're up for some hiking, you can wander along the 7.42 kilometres of trails in the conservation area.

Owen Sound is home to several other waterfalls, such as Jones Falls and Indian Falls.

Whether you visit during the lush summer season or stunning fall colours, this waterfall is an enchanting spot for a day trip.
