Did you know you can see thousands of cherry blossoms in Ottawa?

Back To Brooklyn in the ByWard Market has a flower-covered ceiling with 15,000 flowers.

Editor's Choice: You Can Skate Through A Twinkling Apple Orchard Near Ottawa This Winter

According to the designer Beaudry Flowers, "the tree trunks and branches are real," and they glued "over 15,000 cherry blossom foliage."

The intensive labour process took multiple people "at least one week of work" to create the life-like display.

Thankfully all their hard work paid off, as no matter when you visit, the floral paradise always looks like Toronto's High Park in the spring.

The enchanting spot is particularly fantastic on the weekends when you can enjoy buttermilk waffles covered in whip cream and maple syrup.

But you can also visit the lounge in the evenings to enjoy flatbreads, chicken and waffles or short ribs for dinner.

Open till 10 p.m.; it is also a fantastic choice to enjoy the speakeasy vibes and sip one of their signature craft cocktails.
