An Arizona Gym Tried To Get A Restraining Order Against The State & It Failed Miserably

That didn't work out.

As some businesses shut their doors due to the governor's recent Executive Order, one gym had other plans.

Mountainside Fitness in Arizona pushed back against recent closures by staying open and filing a restraining order against the state.

However, the franchise lost its bid for the temporary order.

Since then, the gym released a statement to its social media accounts stating that all of its clubs would be shutting down in compliance with Governor Doug Ducey's original mandate.

If all goes as planned, gyms, bars, movie theatres, and waterparks can reopen on July 27, 2020, if the order is not extended.
