Manitoba RCMP Caught A Suspect When He Hopped Into A Police Car Thinking It Was A Cab

Sometimes opportunity just falls in your lap. In this case, a suspect hopped right into an unmarked Manitoba RCMP vehicle thinking it was a taxi. 

According to a post on Twitter by Manitoba RCMP, the 19-year-old had run away from police after causing a disturbance earlier that night on August 9.

This is all before the young man realized the police vehicle was not, in fact, a taxi. 

The police commented below the post saying that they took him to the RCMP detachment where he was held until he sobered up. 

According to the comment, he was released with no charges.
