Georgia has numerous nature views to see, and the best way to do that is by gearing up the car and taking a road trip through the rolling mountainside. Taking the back roads and the roads less traveled can be the best idea because your eyes will be welcomed by some of the most scenic drives in Georgia. These highways and byways are perfect to take solo or even with your friends in the passenger seats.

These six Georgia routes range anywhere from 60 to 205-miles of lush landscape views in the Peach State. Depending on how far you want to go, there's a byway for everyone to admire.

Not to mention, many of these roads go through the North Georgia Mountain ranges, which will have all the awesome Autumn views as the season rolls in and the leaves begin to change.

You can even reference an interactive fall foliage map that predicts when the best time to take your Peach State road trip is in order to see the trees transform into a kaleidoscope of technicolor sights. But no matter what season you go in, they're bound to be beautiful.

Enduring Farmlands Scenic Byway

Address: Hwy. 129 S., US/ GA 280, Hwy. 112

Why You Need To Go: This byway has over 60-miles of rolling hills out in the country. You'll go through multiple small towns and will pass many farmer's markets, museums, and historical sites worth exploring.

Coastal Highway U.S. 17

Address: U.S. Route 17 / U.S. Highway 17

Why You Need To Go: Instead of taking the interstate to the beach, take this highway to go past marshes and wildlife refuges that'll lead you to St. Simons Island and Sea Island.

Woodpecker Trail

Address: Routes 25/121

Why You Need To Go: From Augusta to Folkston, this roadway tallies in at a grand total of 204-miles. The road ends near the Okefenokee National Wildlife area, which is a great place to get out and explore.

Russell-Brasstown Scenic Byway 

Address: GA Hwy's 17/75, 180, 348 and 75 ALT, Blairsville GA

Why You Need To Go: This byway is surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. It's 40.6-miles and will take you through mountain valleys, past scenic overlooks, and even to the flowing waterfalls of the area.

Cohutta-Chattahoochee Scenic Byway

Address: 5845 Hwy. 2, Dalton, GA

Why You Need To Go: This 54-mile byway is located in Northwest Georgia and will take you through cute and small mountain communities near Fort Mountain. If you want an excuse to really extend your road trip out another 40 or so miles, you can take in the enchanting sights of the Peach State's easy version of the stairway to heaven hike in Hawaii atop Bell Mountain on the other side of the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Meriwether-Pike Scenic Byway

Address: 1 Broad St., Warm Springs, GA

Why You Need To Go: On this 55-mile loop, you can feel the fall breeze while starting and ending at Warm Springs, going through cities like Molena and Manchester.

After it was announced that the COVID-19 vaccine names in Canada were being changed, people started absolutely roasting the new ones on Twitter.

Health Canada has approved changes to the brand names of vaccines, so Pfizer is now Comirnaty, Moderna is now SpikeVax and AstraZeneca is now Vaxzevria. Unsurprisingly, Canadians across the internet ran with that and the tweets are hilarious.

Elections Canada is warning Canadians that if they're diagnosed with COVID-19 over the next few days they may not be able to vote in the federal election.

According to one question in their FAQ section — "What if I develop symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive after advance polling days or on election day?" — Canadians with symptoms should not show up to an Elections Canada office or polling station on voting day at all.
