Erin is a cozy rural village tucked amidst the rolling landscapes of Wellington County. According to the website, this spot offers "lush rolling countryside, meandering rivers, small settlement areas and quaint village settings."

It's known for its "charming and unique shopping experience" and is home to leaf-covered streets with quaint boutiques. You can pop by Hannah's of Erin to find some new outfits or grab some sweet treats from Debora's Chocolates.

Since fall is all about cozy vibes, you'll want to stop by some of Erin's quaint cafes.

The Maddie Hatter Tea Shop & Cafe offers a whimsical afternoon tea that will transport you to Wonderland, and the Tin Roof Cafe is brimming with charm and seasonal drinks.

Erin is surrounded by some beautiful trails that are even more magical during the fall. The Elora Cataract Trail passes right through the town and leads along an old railway bed blanketed in autumn hues.

You can also head to one of the nearby farms for some fall-themed fun, such as Erin Hill Acres, where you'll find harvest experiences and wood-fired pizza.

The annual Erin Fall Fair is an iconic attraction, offering rides, games, exhibits, and more that honour the region's agricultural roots. This year, the fair is taking place from October 10 to 13.
