Fall is all about cozy vibes, pumpkin patches and charming markets, and you can find all this and more in this Ontario town. Located just outside of Toronto, the region is brimming with autumn magic and it's a beautiful spot to spend a day.

Caledon is the place to be if you're looking for some fun fall activities. According to the website, the town "is known for its rural charm and agricultural heritage," making it an idyllic spot to enjoy the harvest season.

The area boasts several farm markets, whimsical pumpkin patches and lush apple orchards where you can live out your autumn dreams.

One popular spot to visit is Downey's Farm Market. The venue hosts a PumpkinFest every fall with thousands of gourds and harvest activities.

You can also head to Albion Orchards, Dixie Orchards and Campbell's Cross Farm for more pumpkin adventures and fall festivals.

Many of these destinations have farm markets where you can shop for local produce and baked goods. Caledon has several other markets including Heatherlea Farm Market and Spirit Tree Estate Cidery.

Hoping to pick some apples? There are several orchards to visit in the Caledon area, such as Albion Orchards, Downey's Strawberry and Apple Farm and Dixie Orchards.

An autumn day trip isn't complete without a fall hike, and Caledon boasts gorgeous scenery where you can enjoy the foliage. Belfountain Conservation Area and Forks of the Credit Provincial Park are some of the picturesque spots worth exploring.
