Drop your skincare routine! Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's Instagram post is all about celebrating "everyone's uniqueness" and she went makeup-free in the photo to show who she is.

The photo that she posted on November 19 is a close up of her face in profile as she looks straight ahead and away from the camera.

"It's easy to judge ourselves these days. We are constantly bombarded with false images of perfection that reinforce unattainable standards," Grégoire Trudeau said in the caption.

She also mentioned that the reinforcement of those unattainable standards feels like it will never stop but it needs to.

"Let's celebrate everyone's uniqueness - 'flaws' and all. And let’s embrace who we are," Grégoire Trudeau said. "This is who I am."

This is part of the #AsSheIs challenge on Instagram that's been making the rounds over the last couple of years where people post an unfiltered photo with a vulnerable caption.

Grégoire Trudeau posts a lot on Instagram including photos of her family but she also gets real quite often.

She recently shared about her own struggles with mental health and how she had a breast cancer scare.
