We work all week for this and now it's finally here. We're bringing you all the most fun and amazing things to do in Vancouver this weekend if you're in need of some fresh ideas. From newly reopened favourite spots to the best place to catch a summer's sunset β€” you'll want to save this list on your phone heading into Friday.

Vancouver's the best place to be in Canada during the summer, hands-down. No one's got what we got. If you love being outdoors, then there's way more to explore in and around the city than just the hiking trails.

Plus, our food scene is enviable. Pretty sure that despite what Montreal or Toronto thinks, we've got the best sushi outside of Japan.

Whether you're looking for a fresh dinner date idea or you simply want to get off the couch this weekend, you're going to find the perfect adventure for you on this list.

After all, August is here to stay for just a few more weeks before we all get in the "Back To School" mindset and start sipping those pumpkin spice lattes we love so much.

And if you are an epic local adventurer and have done everything on this list already, might we suggest that you hit up a patio? The city has never had so many before since they're popping up all over the place in 2020.
