If You Bought A Toronto Blue Jays 50/50 Ticket This Weekend, You Could Be A Millionaire RN

It wasn't just the Jays winning at Rogers Centre this weekend!

Toronto Associate Editor

If you recently bought 50/50 tickets for the Toronto Blue Jays Return To Home jackpot, then you might have just become a millionaire overnight.

The Jays Care Foundation announced the winning numbers of the largest jackpot in history, which drew in almost two million dollars for the August 8 draw. The winning number is 24139833.

"The winner has not come forward to claim the record-breaking prize yet, however they can still claim it up to six months after the draw," Jays Care Foundation told Narcity in an email.

On top of this historic jackpot, $1,960,430 will also be given to support communities all across the province as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Jays Care Foundation created this jackpot in order to celebrate the team playing their first homestand after months of playing away games. Tickets were available online or in person at mobile kiosks at the stadium.
