Drive-Ins Around Toronto Are Showing Movies Beneath The Stars This Weekend

Start your engines, because drive-in theatres in the GTA are finally starting to reopen this weekend.

With spring on the way, several outdoor cinemas have decided it's time to welcome guests back.

Starlite Hamilton, 5 Drive-In Oakville, and Stardust Newmarket are all reopening on Friday, March 5, and you can enjoy multiple movies under a starry sky.

The venues, operated by Premier Theatres, will be showing a variety of films, including classic favourites.

You can watch The GooniesTedWonder Woman 1984, and more.

Tom and Jerry will even be on-site at the 5 Drive-In to celebrate their movie being played on the big screen.

Safety protocols such as distancing and wearing a face-covering while outside your vehicle are in place.

Cozy up under the stars and enjoy a movie this weekend.
