Britton is described as 4 feet 2 inches tall, 60 lbs, with hazel-brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas.

The suspect is identified as 30-year-old Katrina Clark, who is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 128 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.

OPP says that a 2014 black Mercedes is linked to the abduction.

"Please call 911 if you spot the vehicle or have any information regarding the whereabouts of the abductor or Olivia Brittain," wrote Halton Police on Twitter.

In December, an Amber Alert was issued after the abduction of a nine-month-old Ottawa baby, who was eventually returned safely.

UPDATE: Amber Alert Ontario confirmed on Twitter at 11:24 a.m. that the child has been located safe. The alert is now cancelled.
