The Giving Place in Mount Albert is hosting dreamy high tea dates in its fragrant purple fields on July 31, August 8 and August 29.

You'll be treated to salads, sandwiches, and all sorts of lavender-themed desserts such as lavender buttercream cupcakes and lemon lavender scones.

After your sipping is finished, you can explore the farm, snap some photos, and cut your own lavender bouquet to bring home.

Reservations are available online, and you can also book wreath-making workshops or yoga in the fields for even more lavender fun.
