There's a new bakery that's about to open in Toronto, and it specializes in one delicious treat.

Toronto's Biscotti Queen is totally dedicated to a unique dessert called a 'Biscookie', a mix between traditional biscotti and cookies.

This is the first spot in the city where you can enjoy the softness of a cookie with the same delightful crunchiness of the iconic Italian treat.

The shop was created by mother-daughter team Nancy and Jill, who decided to make their dream of opening a bakery a reality when the pandemic hit.

The shop features 26 different flavours, and all of them are hand-made from scratch.

You can try Biscookies like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Chocolate Chocolate Truffle, S'mores, and, in classic Canadian fashion, Butter Tart.

The bakery is launching on Valentine's Day, and you can pre-order goodies online for pick-up.
