In a new tweet, the prime minister responded to B.C. Premier John Horgan, who shared several photos of himself receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

Horgan said the process was “easy, safe and I'm feeling good,” and encouraged all British Columbians to get one when their turn comes around.

He added that “the best vaccine is the first one offered to you” — a message that was backed-up by the prime minister.

Responding, Trudeau added, “That’s excellent, and I couldn’t agree with you more - the best vaccine is the first one offered to you.”
