This Ontario spot was named the 'most magical' in Canada & it's stunning during the spring

Canada is brimming with beautiful destinations and it turns out that the most enchanting one of all is right here in Ontario. This local spot just got crowned as the "most magical location" in the whole country and it's worth seeing at least once.

In a recent study, independent online casino comparison website BonusFinder Canada revealed the country's 11 "most magical" locations, from stunning lakes to picturesque lighthouses.

The list of locations was compiled from a number of sources and ranked based on Tripadvisor reviews with keywords linked with "magic" as well as Instagram hashtags and average reviews.

Coming out on top was Niagara Falls, Ontario. This iconic natural wonder is renowned for its impressive cascade and draws millions of visitors each year.

"Situated on the Niagara river, it is known for its mesmerizing display of roaring sound which can be heard from a distance, creating a hypnotic auditory experience," the study said.

According to the study, Niagara Falls received a score of 9.6 and has 317,000 Instagram hashtags as well as 1,161 mentions of words associated with "magical."

Located just an hour and a half from Toronto, it's a convenient spot for a road trip. It's beautiful during the spring, when flowers sprout along the Falls and throughout the city. It's also known for its showcase of cherry blossoms and magnolias.

The Falls are located right in the path of totality to experience a full solar eclipse this April as well.

Niagara Falls was followed by Alberta's Lake Louise with a score of 9.4 and Alberta's Moraine Lake with a score of 8.8.
