As a Greenskeeper, you will be responsible for evaluating golf course conditions, maintaining turf, repairing irrigation systems, and assisting with pest management programs. A diploma in Turf Management and at least one year of related experience is required, along with an Alberta Provincial Pesticide Applicator’s Licence and a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.

Recruitment Officer

Salary: $67,647 - $100,837 per annum

Who Should Apply: If you have experience in recruitment and a passion for hiring top talent, this role is for you. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for bus and community shuttle operators at Calgary Transit. Your duties will include screening applicants, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and managing pre-employment testing. Salary: $33.29 - $44.52 per hour

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist citizens in reclaiming impounded vehicles, verify identification, process payments, and provide information on parking permits, tags, and appeals. A completed one-year certificate in Office Administration, Customer Service, or a related field, along with at least three years of customer service experience, is required.

Salary: $85,135 - $128,548 per annum

Who Should Apply: If you have experience in call center operations and leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to oversee Calgary’s 311 service delivery. As a 311 Coordinator, you will manage the 24/7 call center, analyze service trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

A two-year diploma with at least eight years of supervisory experience or a degree in a relevant field with at least five years of experience is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while experience with Verint Call Centre Manager, 311 Motorola Customer Service Request System, and working in a government or unionized environment are considered assets.
