Get ready to make a splash! This massive waterpark in Ontario is a summer paradise with endless attractions and aquatic fun. If you're looking for a sun-filled adventure, you'll want to plan a road trip to this destination.

Calypso Theme Waterpark, located just 20 minutes away from Ottawa, has officially reopened for the season.

The waterpark claims to be the biggest in Canada and offers a range of activities, from heated pools to themed rivers.

You can enjoy 35 towering slides, including the "tallest waterslide tower in Canada."

In addition to slides, Calypso offers 100 water games and two themed rivers.

You'll want to take a dip in Calypso Palace – the "largest" wave pool in Canada that stretches the size of 3 NHL rinks.

If you're looking for thrills, check out rides like Boomerango, Aqualoops and the Jungle Run, which offer heart-pounding drops and high-speed twists.

Other activities at the park include beach volleyball, an arcade, and shopping. The park also has several dining spots where you can refuel after a fun day in the water.

Tickets for Calypso Theme Waterpark are available online, so if you're in the mood for some aquatic adventures this summer, it's time to plan that day trip.
