There is a new summer forecast for Canada.
It's expected that Canada's weather will be cooler than normal, but one region is set to be hotter than everywhere else.
The Old Farmer's Almanac recently put out the 2025 summer forecast for Canada and revealed what's to come during the season.
According to the forecast, this summer is expected to be "surprisingly wet" with above normal rainfall in most places near the Canada-U.S. border.
Temperatures will also be cooler than normal across southern parts of the country, except in southern Ontario.
Ontario's weather is likely to be hot this summer, making it warmer than most places in Canada.
You can expect warmer-than-normal temperatures in Ontario from Thunder Bay to Toronto and around the Great Lakes.
The Old Farmer's Almanac said that cooler-than-normal temperatures are forecast from the Atlantic provinces, through Quebec and to Hudson Bay.
Also, it's set to be cooler across southern parts of the Prairies, B.C. and Yukon.
Seasonal temperatures are expected this summer in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
It's forecast to be a rainy summer, according to The Old Farmer's Almanac.
Above-normal rainfall is expected across most of Canada, including in the Atlantic provinces, southern Quebec, the Prairies, and southern B.C.
Parts of southern Ontario that are north of the Great Lakes are also set to get more rain than usual.
Near-to-below-normal rainfall is expected in northern Quebec, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Recently, the Farmers' Almanac and The Weather Network have also put out summer forecasts for Canada.
Those forecasts called for "scorching" temperatures and a "heat dome" in parts of the country!
