If you’ve been waiting patiently for Roll Up The Rim 2021 — there’s good news on the horizon!

Tim Hortons has confirmed that the annual game will be returning once again next month, but this year it’s going totally digital and is even getting a brand new name.

March 8 The new game launches

Describing the move as “the start of a new era,” the coffee company announced that it would be completely retiring the physical tabs on cups.

Instead, in keeping with COVID-19 health regulations, all types of “rolling rims” will be moving to the Tim Hortons app or the contest’s website.

According to the coffee giant, the new all-digital format will offer more prizes than ever before and every roll is set to be a winner.

In fact, they’ve even “retired the most hated part of Roll Up — the Please Play Again message.”

This year, in addition to hot drinks, Timmies-lovers will also earn "rolls" by purchasing select cold beverages, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast wraps, too.

The newly renamed Roll Up To Win contest will launch at participating locations across Canada on March 8, 2021, and will run through April 4.
