9 Glorious GTA Patios To Check Out This Summer Outside Downtown Toronto
Just remember, no dancing or singing!
Being able to sit down and have a drink during the summer is something many of us have been marking on our calendars. Patio season has officially kicked off in Ontario, although it'll be much different from years past. Many patios in the GTA are already open, and here are just a few you should check out this summer if you are looking to get out of downtown Toronto.
There are plenty of outdoor dining and drinking options across the GTA from York to Halton to Durham to Hamilton.
In several areas, local and regional councils have also allowed businesses to extend and expand patios to promote proper social distancing this summer.
While patio season is a must if you are repping the downtown Toronto area, especially with the news of whathas planned, it is always nice to take a drive up the DVP or Gardiner and get a slice of suburb life.
One sad reality is that this summer, no matter what patio you are on, you legally cannot. Somewhere out there, is a very unhappy man.
Anyway, even if you can't get your groove on, here is a list of just a few of many patios you to check out this summer outside of downtown.
It's worth noting some of these patios are already open, while others have confirmed they will be back in business soon. For more information, check their respective websites.
