Drop your skincare routine! Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's Instagram post is all about celebrating "everyone's uniqueness" and she went makeup-free in the photo to show who she is.
The photo that she posted on November 19 is a close up of her face in profile as she looks straight ahead and away from the camera.
"It's easy to judge ourselves these days. We are constantly bombarded with false images of perfection that reinforce unattainable standards," Grégoire Trudeau said in the caption.

She also mentioned that the reinforcement of those unattainable standards feels like it will never stop but it needs to.
"Let's celebrate everyone's uniqueness - 'flaws' and all. And let’s embrace who we are," Grégoire Trudeau said. "This is who I am."
