Ontario Gas Prices Are Set To Rise This Weekend To The Highest They've Been In Over A Year

Ontario gas prices are expected to spike this weekend, and it will be the highest we've seen in over a year.

According to Dan McTeague, gas analyst and president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, drivers will see a 1-cent hike per litre on Friday, and that's not even the worst of it.

Gas will shoot up another 2-cents per litre by Saturday, bringing the price to around $128.9 cents per litre.

The increase will bring Ontario's gas prices to the highest they've been since July 16, 2019.
