The NBA's free agency is ongoing right now, and there's good news and bad news for Raptors fans.

The good news is that Fred VanVleet is re-signing with the Raptors; the bad news is that fan favourite Serge Ibaka is likely not.

According to reports from ESPN and The Athletic, Ibaka has signed a two-year, $19 million deal with the L.A. Clippers.

Ibaka's new contract with the Clippers, according to reports

Ibaka was traded to the Raptors in 2017 and he enamoured himself to Toronto fans with his athletic style and his hilarious personality.

Serge was a key part of Toronto's championship run in 2019, with his best performance arguably coming in Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors which gave the Raps a solid 3-1 series lead.

But Ibaka had a massive presence off the court as well.

His cooking show "How Hungry Are You?" was a huge success online, and his obsession with scarves was embraced by the Raptors and the whole of Toronto.

We'll miss you, Serge — thanks for the championship and the scarves.
