Ben Mulroney Reacts To Rumours That Jessica Is Writing A Tell-All Book About Meghan Markle

Shutting down the rumour mill! After news of her white privilege scandal came to light, it wasn't long before word began to spread that Jessica Mulroney and Meghan Markle's friendship was on the rocks. According to the Canadian's husband, the gossip isn't true.

On July 12, Ben Mulroney took to Twitter to clear up some fake news being spread about his wife.

The former etalk host retweeted an article from Daily Mail alleging that Jessica has been reaching out to her close friend Meghan Markle "non-stop" to patch up their friendship and that she's considering writing a tell-all book about the mother of one because she has "nothing to lose."

"FALSE," Ben wrote on Twitter.

Jessica and Markle have been close friends for years, after meeting in 2011 when the actress moved to Toronto to film Suits.

The mother of three advised the duchess in fashion both on and off-air, and they quickly sparked a close bond that led to plenty of vacations and time spent together.

When Markle married Prince Harry back in 2018, the three Mulroney children played a role in the wedding party, proving how close of a bond the two women have.

Since her friend's white privilege scandal, there has been speculation that Markle cut ties with the Canadian star.

Neither Jessica nor Meghan has addressed these rumours on social media, but Ben seems to have had enough of the gossip being spread.

"After a much needed break, I'm back. There are myriad places online to vent, attack and hurl slurs. This will not be one of them. Please govern yourselves accordingly," he wrote on Instagram earlier this month.

The rumours about Jessica and Markle may not be true, but the stylist has lost plenty of important partnerships throughout the scandal.

Looks like we'll have to wait and see if their nearly decade-long friendship can withstand all the drama!
