Las Vegas Winds Will Feel Like Strong & Mild Tropical Cyclones Tomorrow

A windy forecast is on the way.
Contributor

The heat is picking up in Sin City, but so are the winds.

A Red Flag Warning has been issued due to strong winds in Las Vegas, reaching 15-25 miles per hour for Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

35 mph According to The Weather Channel, this is how high gusts will reach tomorrow.

Tropical cyclone depressions can create wind speeds reaching upwards of 39 miles per hour, meaning the city will see gusts similar to tropical storms.

These strong wind currents mean there is a high risk for wildfire spread too.

The warning will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and continue until 8 p.m. PDT.
