The LCBO is currently looking for customer service representatives for its stores in Toronto, Ottawa, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Sudbury, Whitby, and London, to name just a few.

Most of these roles are to fill summer vacancies, between May 5 and September 1, which is a perfect for anyone still at school or university, or someone who is looking to get valuable experience in customer service role.

The LCBO is offering a variety of part-time and full-time roles, and the pay is over $20 an hour. Even better, you don't need any specific qualifications or experience to apply.

There are some impressive perks associated with these roles too, such as online learning programs, an employee family and assistance program with TELUS Health, and discounted tickets to sporting and entertainment events through WorkPerks.

For cities and towns with multiple locations and job postings, candidates are only required to apply for one position, as there are hundreds of roles up for grabs.

To apply, you must be over the age of 18, be eligible to work in Canada, have outstanding interpersonal skills, and be prepared to submit a criminal background check at your own expense.

You must also be physically strong as you will be required to lift items weighing up to 18kg, including beer cases and boxes of wine bottles, while standing most of the time. The ability to speak English and French is a bonus, too.

Keep in mind that this role will require you to work Fridays (5 p.m. to close), and Saturdays and Sundays (available all day for a 4 to 8 hour shift). You'll also have to be available to work long weekends, including Victoria Day weekend, Canada Day weekend, Civic Holiday weekend and Labour Day weekend.

Additional may also be available during the week depending on the store's operational requirements.
