A GoFundMe page for a Florida teen who died of COVID-19 complications is gaining massive support.

Carsyn Leigh Davis, from Fort Myers, died on June 23 after she contracted the novel coronavirus, and was then given hydroxychloroquine and other drugs for two weeks.

"Carsyn was a God warrior, mentor, advisor, advocate, helper and friend to all who knew her," Carsyn's mother wrote on the GoFundMe page.

$8,132 Raised so far

The GoFundMe is aiming to raise $10,000 and is close to hitting that goal.

Davis' story has recently surfaced after news broke out that she had attended a huge church event with at least 100 other teens.
