The four latest additions to the roster are Dr. Mehmet Oz of the Dr. Oz Show, CNN's Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta, TODAY co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, and CNN anchor Anderson Cooper.
Dr. Gupta shared a touching tweet about being invited to fill the gap left by Trebek.
When Trebek passed from pancreatic cancer in November 2020, Cooper also shared an emotional tribute on Instagram about the Jeopardy! legend.
The addition of Guthrie, Dr. Oz, Cooper, and Dr. Gupta brings the total number of guest hosts announced by Jeopardy! thus far to 10.
Other interim hosts include Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, journalist Katie Couric, and The Big Bang Theory star Mayim Bialik.
The show shared that additional guest hosts will be announced later in the season, but a permanent replacement for Trebek has yet to be seen.
Jeopardy! executive producer Mike Richards told Deadline that the decision would not be made until at least the spring.
"We are going to take our time and talk to a lot of people, have some people guest host and see what our fans think as well," shared Richards.
