Hardly anyone can resist a summer trip to B.C.'s wine country, but one hotel party in Kelowna may have gotten out of hand recently.

Interior Health made an announcement that there was a possible COVID-19 exposure at Hotel ZED in the Okanagan.

Individuals who attended this party may not have been registered guests.

Right now they're doing contact tracing to find everyone who was there. The party reportedly happened in the early hours of Monday, September 7.

The health agency says there were people "gathered in a common area and/or balcony of the hotel" who could have been exposed.

Anyone who was there is asked to self-monitor for symptoms and seek out testing if you develop any.
