The Mexico City flights arrived in Vancouver on July 17 and July 22, whereas the Montreal flight touched down on July 20.
No affected seats have been provided for the Montreal or the Mexico City flight that departed on July 17. The COVID-19 risk on the other Mexico City flight affects seats between rows 19 and 25.
The government will not be contacting passengers that sat on these rows; instead, they'll have to look online to see if they were exposed to a passenger with COVID-19.
