A Tornado Watch Has Just Been Issued For Parts Of Ontario
Residents should be ready to take cover.
Parts of the province are in for some stormy weather this Monday.
Environment Canada has announced that an Ontario tornado watch has been issued for parts of the province and people may need to take cover.
Take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
The areas of Shelburne, Northern Dufferin County, Bruce Peninsula, Sauble Beach, Tobermory and more are all currently under this watch.
Environment Canada warns that "conditions are favourable for the development of funnel clouds and possibly brief, weak tornadoes."
Thunderstorms are also expected to hit the area and residents should take cover immediately if the weather turns threatening.
