Ontario's Minister of Health, Christine Elliott, reported some encouraging news in the province on Tuesday.

According to Elliott, Ontario's COVID-19 cases today sit at just 33 total. She noted that over 21,500 tests were processed on Monday.

This news comes as the entire province enters Stage 3 of reopening this week, including the hard-hit region of Windsor-Essex.

However, Premier Ford cautioned residents that while Ontario's circumstances are improving, the reopening of schools next month will likely result in new COVID-19 cases.
