That US Billionaire Never Should Have Been Let Into Canada According To Bill Blair
Somebody messed up. After news broke that a U.S. billionaire skipped quarantine in Canada last month, Minister of Public Safety Bill Blair has come forward to say that she never should have been allowed in.
Liz Uihlein, the president and CEO of Uline Inc,for a 36-hour visit and skipped the 14-day quarantine period to visit a facility in Milton.
Entry should not have been permitted.

Blair said in a tweet that that never should have happened.
"To clarify: No special entry exemptions were provided to Uline executives, nor were any National Interest Exemptions. This was not a political decision," he wrote.
Blair went on to say, "A decision was made by officers based on the information provided. Entry should not have been permitted. It is important that Canadians continue to have confidence in the integrity of our border. We are working with the CBSA to ensure that similar cases do not occur again."
After the news broke, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh alsoto call out Trudeau for helping his billionaire friends; however, the prime minister is not able to grant quarantine exemptions.
