Georgia's Wild Adventures Theme Park Is Reopening In Just Two Weeks

Amusement parks in Georgia are slowly opening up just in time for the summer. Six Flags Over Georgia still doesn't have an exact date for opening, but another amusement park in South Georgia is on its two-week countdown to welcome guests again. While there will be new rules and regulations, guests can still have fun and have a few screams.
Wild Adventures in Valdosta, Georgia just put out their reopening date, which is June 22. This location has a theme park, a water park and an that's included in your admission.
In a press release shared on the park's official website, Molly Deese, Vice President and General Manager stated that they've "spent months thoughtfully preparing to reopen" and acknowledged that the "experience will be different."
"We’re confident these changes will help with the safety of our guests and employees. We want our guests to be able to focus on rediscovering joy as a family.”
Deese also explained the new changes that will be taking place to ensure the safety of all visitors and employees.
All guests over the age of three will be required to wear a face mask at all times, with the exception of eating and on water park attractions. They will also have to get their temperature taken before entering.
The park has set certain areas around the park to be "Break Zones," where masks won't be required.
Guests will use the new online reservation system before visiting the park to make sure the park doesn't go overcapacity. This will make surestay in place.
According to the website, reservations will have to be made in advance.
While standing in line, guests are to follow the social distancing guideline decals on the ground and avoid touching and railings or ropes while waiting.
There will be portable hand washing and hand sanitizer stations set-up throughout the park, as well as increased cleaning in high-touch areas.
