Grimsby Beach is an enchanting neighbourhood known for its colourful homes, often referred to as "gingerbread cottages" or "painted ladies."

According to locals, these vibrant beach houses are among Canada's top hidden gems, so you may want to plan a trip to this quaint destination. It’s located just a short drive from Toronto, making it a convenient spot for a day trip.

You'll feel as though you've stepped into a fairytale as you wander past rainbow homes with whimsical decor.

It's important to be respectful of the property owners when visiting the neighborhood and to stick to public areas.

Aside from the colourful homes, Grimsby Beach offers beautiful parks and green spaces, including waterfront access to Lake Ontario.
