You try his signature sweets for yourself at St. Laurent Shopping Centre, Bayshore Shopping Centre or Rideau Centre.

Each mall has a vending machine, where you can purchase a slice of layered cake.

But the showstopper option is the rainbow, which comes with a layer of purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red cake sandwiched between a creamy vanilla frosting.

The dessert ATM is restocked daily to guarantee freshness.
