Walk under a canopy of colourful leaves to a blue lake. 🍂

One of the most spectacular spots to see the colourful foliage is only a few minutes away from Ottawa.

So put on your flannel as the Pink Lake trail in Gatineau Park will lead you through a breathtaking fall paradise.

Starting from the Pink Lake parking lot, you can follow the short 2.3-kilometre loop path for non-stop views of the glistening lake.

From start to finish, it will take you around an hour and will provide a good leg workout as you'll need to climb several sets of stairs.

But it is worth every step as you'll be surrounded by a canopy of red, yellow and orange leaves while you enjoy the lookout over the bright teal water.
