This Arizona Winery Lets You Pair Wine With Hot Cheetos & Cocoa Puffs

Forget fancy cheeses, this place is using cheesy snack foods!
Contributor

For fans of Martha & Snoops Potluck Dinner Party, these wild wine pairings are seriously going to excite. Arizona Hops and Vines has some super unique features, including a petting zoo and free Cheetos with your wine. It may sound a little zany, but don't knock it until you try it!

Arizona Hops and Vines in Sonoita, Arizona, was established with the intent of being different than other wineries.

For one thing, the atmosphere is not the commonplace hoity-toity type you often find.

In an interview with Narcity, one of the owners, Shannon, said they "used to eat chips with their own wine before opening the winery," and then realized that cheesy snacks make for the perfect combo.

They started experimenting with other crunchy items, even taking recommendations from sommeliers at other wineries.

In the end, they created a venue that feels familiar while exploring the wide variety of flavors that pair well with boozy drinks!

You can experience these tastings for $10.

If the petting zoo and cheesy snacks weren't an indicator of it being more fun than your traditional vineyard, it's also super pet-friendly.

It feels like an upscale backyard barbecue with fancy wine.

To top it all off, there's a tire swing where you can feel like a carefree kid again.

Just a carefree (adult) child drinking wine, eating Cheetos, and petting goats.

It's also incredibly scenic, with acres of stunning vines to roam and explore.

Plus, they serve huge bags of sangria

Take a day trip down south to check out for yourself.

It takes wine tasting to an entirely new (and way more fun) level.
